One of the biggest changes in my pursuit towards wellness has been the change in my diet. I try to eat organic whenever possible. I’ve discovered my body can no longer tolerate the toxins and pesticides used in industrially farmed food. It’s not always easy or convenient, and it’s not always possible, but it’s worth the extra effort. Not only am I healing my body, but I also help heal the planet when I choose food that hasn’t been sprayed with pesticides or fed antibiotics. Every small change we make towards eating cleaner food will have an enormous impact when we have a common focus of health for ourselves and our planet.
