You’re in pretty good shape for the shape you are in.
– Dr. Seuss
There need to be some changes made for me to lead a more healthful life. I’m learning about all the different choices I can make from the food I prepare, what products I put on my skin, how I clean my home, and alternatives to over-the-counter medications. The choices we make for ourselves have far-reaching effects. Our choice to be well affects our family, those closest to us, and even the planet we live on. If you take care of your body in the most healthful way possible, you also take care of the planet. Basically, I’m starting from scratch and it’s a wide-open field with a lot to navigate. Stop by and we can learn together.
